Influencer Marketing Specialist

• Conducting competitive research to identify influencer marketing trends and opportunities.
• Development and execution of influencer strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
• Help identify and onboard creators across beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and other relevant categories.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers to foster authentic collaborations.
• Monitor influencer performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and provide insights to optimise campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, performance) to coordinate influencer content in line with marketing plans.
• Preparing regular reports to track influencer campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Stay informed on emerging social media platforms, tools, and creator trends to support innovative campaign ideas.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or related digital marketing roles.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret performance data.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
