Job Description

We’re Hiring | HR & Admin Manager (Gurugram, Haryana)

GenAI-powered platform

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement

    HR policies, processes, and systems

    aligned with business goals
  • Drive

    end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management

    across tech & non-tech roles
  • Manage

    payroll, compliance, and HRMS

    operations
  • Oversee

    office administration, vendor management, and engagement programs

  • Partner with leadership to build

    scalable HR frameworks

    in a high-growth startup environment

Who We’re Looking For:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR

    or equivalent qualification
  • 5–8 years of HR experience

    (startup/tech/IT preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of

    labor laws, payroll management, and HR operations

  • Hands-on with

    HRMS tools

    (Zoho People, Keka HR, or similar)
  • Excellent

    communication, conflict-resolution, and people-first mindset

  • Ability to thrive in a

    fast-paced, innovation-driven culture
