Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Technical Development: ● Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and React or Angular. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices and internal coding standards. ● Mentor junior developers and act as a technical SME for .NET Core and front-end frameworks. ● Interface with global stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and QA teams. ● Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). ● Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design. Integration & Data Migration: ● Develop APIs, Web Services, and Interfaces. ● Work on REST web services and middleware integration Support & Troubleshooting: ● Provide technical support and enhancements for existing applications. ● Lead or contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and performance optimizations. ● Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend solutions for production issues. ● Work closely with functional teams to develop technical solutions based on business needs. Training & Documentation: ● Document technical specifications, coding standards, and best practices. ● Prepare and maintain user guides and system documentation for future reference. ● Conduct onsite training and knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams and end-users. Qualifications & Experience: ● 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in .NET Core and 3+ years in React or Angular. ● Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core (Web API/MVC), Entity Framework, and SQL Server. ● Strong experience with ReactJS or Angular (v8+), TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture and design patterns. ● Solid understanding of RESTful services, Microservices, and API integrations. ● Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development. ● Exposure to unit testing, integration testing, and automated deployment strategies. ● Excellent communication skills - must be able to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience. ● Prior experience in global teams or working directly with US/UK/EMEA stakeholders is highly desirable. ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Additional Requirements: ● Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure Boards. ● Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, Azure/AWS cloud services, or other modern DevOps practices. ● Prior work in a consulting environment or with enterprise clients. ● Microsoft certifications are a plus.
