Job Description

Human Resources (HR):

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and attendance management systems.
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure effective employee relations.
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training, development, and performance appraisal processes.
Drive employee engagement activities and retention initiatives
.

Administration:

Oversee office administration, housekeeping, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
Manage office supplies, stationery, travel arrangements, and logistics.
Monitor contracts, renewals, and service agreements related to office operations.
Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance with company standards.
Support management in planning and executing administrative requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR,
3 to 5 years of relevant HR & Administration experience.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (preferred).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
