Role Description

The HR & Admin Manager will oversee and implement effective human resources and administrative functions to ensure organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, developing HR policies, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and overseeing compliance with labor regulations. The role also involves day-to-day administration tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining employee records, and streamlining processes. This is a full-time remote position.


Qualifications

  • Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Engagement skills
  • Administrative expertise in office operations, organizational policies, and document management
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and ethical workplace standards
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptable decision-making abilities
  • Experience with HR software tools and systems is a plus
  • Strong leadership and time management skills to handle a remote role effectively
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (additional certifications like SHRM-CP/PHR preferred)

The Candidate should be residential of Ahmedabad city compulsory.

Candidate having minimum 10 years’ experience in HR & Admin activities.

·      Candidate having good command on recruitment.



Annual Package

Annual Package Between 5 to 8 lakhs CTC.
