The Lab Chemist will conduct quality control tests, perform product analysis, and utilize laboratory equipment to ensure product quality and standards. Responsibilities include calibrating and maintaining lab instruments, analyzing formulations and raw materials, and documenting results. The role involves assisting in the development of innovative paint products with adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Laboratory Equipment usage and Laboratory Skills, including experiment setup and safe handling of chemicals Strong Analytical Skills for testing and assessing the quality of raw materials and finished products Experience in Quality Control procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards Skill in Calibration of instruments to ensure accuracy in testing and analysis Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in a lab setting is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Capability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams Prior experience in the paints or coatings industry is a plus

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Manager based in Pudukkottai. The HR & Admin Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the role involves managing administrative functions such as facility management, vendor coordination, employee records, and ensuring a conducive work environment. The manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
