Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Manager based in Pudukkottai. The HR & Admin Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the role involves managing administrative functions such as facility management, vendor coordination, employee records, and ensuring a conducive work environment. The manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resource Management practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
• Strong knowledge of administrative management, vendor coordination, and facility operations
• Managing Security Operations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and payroll management
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively and collaboratively
• Prior experience in a managerial HR and administrative role is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus)
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge and experience in Statutory compliance's like ESIC, EPF, DISH, DTCP, PCB, Fire Licence and filing of returns
• Experience in Employee engagements and grievance redressal.
