Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
  • Conduct preliminary screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with company's recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and offers made.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in HR Generalist activities or related field (HR Administration).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll processing, talent acquisition best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word) for document preparation and presentation development.
