POSITION TITLE: Sales Executive/ Sr. Sales Executive– GT Sales CADRE / BAND: O1 /14/13 DIVISION / DEPARTMENT/ FUNCTION: Spiceco / Sales/ GT Sales LOCATION: Position Based REPORTING TO: Band 13 and above/ Band 11 and above POSITION REPORTING TO THIS ONE: Band 15 and below/ Band 14 and below JOB NUMBER: O1|GT|SAL|FDS DATE: 2023 PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION: Responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets of assigned area. Key Responsibilities: Create plans aligning with company objectives to drive sales growth. Sales promotion within sales policies framework. Ensure commercial discipline in the assigned area. Relationship building & coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc. Collection of payments with orders & timely execution of follow-ups with depot / CSA. Collection & compilation of relevant business & competitor information from the market. Timely submission of MIS to reporting authority. Any other related task assigned by HOD. CONTACTS/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: INTERNAL: Need Based EXTERNAL: Customers and as advised by reporting authority. KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE /Age Group/ QUALIFICATION: REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: OTHER INFORMATION: KNOWLEDGE: MS Office, Local Markets, Local Language, Sales Techniques ADMINISTRATIVE: Position Based Position requires extensive travel: - Own Conveyance Must. SKILLS: Good Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Sales Acumen & Analytical Skills, Financial Discipline. EXPERIENCE: 2 TO 7 Years. AGE GROUP: 21-35 Years QUALIFICATION: Mandatory- Graduation in any stream.
