The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales within the manufacturing, cement, or construction sectors. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with deep industry knowledge to help drive our sales and marketing strategies forward, ensuring Conkart's continued growth and success in the marketplace.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee sales and marketing activities, both on-site and remotely, to achieve business goals.Develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, architects, and suppliers.Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to generate new business opportunities. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adjust strategies accordingly.Oversee marketing campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.Regularly meet with senior leadership to provide updates on sales performance, market opportunities, and challenges.Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to foster business development.Maintain detailed reports and forecasts to track sales progress and marketing effectiveness. Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales with a focus on manufacturing, cement, or construction industries.Proven track record of successful field sales and relationship-building within the industry.Strong industry expertise and a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.Established network of key contacts and influential connections within the construction, cement, or manufacturing sectors.Extensive experience in both sales and marketing strategies and execution.Ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to work on-site in Surat and travel as required.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
