Job Description

We are hiring for HR RECRUITER Work from office-Hyderabad;upto 25k take home Age limit-29years Fresher upto 20k take home (plus incentives)(Graduation mandate for freshers) Max take home upto 25k (plus incentives)(min 1 year exp into CSA/Healthcare) hike will be provided based on previous experience and take home max hike 3-5k on previous take home only females Need Good Communication & Stability Roles and Responsibilities Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements. Conduct interviews with selected candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure smooth recruitment process. Manage bulk hiring campaigns by sourcing large volumes of candidates within tight deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or related field (HR). Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and salary negotiation. Excellent communication skills for effective voice processing and customer support interactions.
