Healthcare Recruiter

As a Recruiter, your role is crucial in designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy of the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications to attract suitable candidates. - Performing job and task analysis to clearly document job requirements and objectives. - Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs on various platforms. - Sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases, social media, and other channels. - Screening candidates" resumes and job applications. - Conducting interviews using different recruiting and selection tools. - Assessing applicants" knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. - Onboarding new employees to ensure smooth integration. - Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices. - Providing well-documented recruiting reports to the team. - Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships. - Promoting the company's reputation as the best place to work. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Proven work experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency. - Solid ability to conduct various types of interviews. - Hands-on experience with different selection processes. - Ability to organize skills assessment centers and tests. - Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). - Experience with recruiting software and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong decision-making skills. - A degree in Human Resources Management (BS/MS) is preferred. This full-time position requires you to work during the day shift with a total of 3 years of work experience preferred. The work location is in person.,
