Job Description: Email Marketing & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead our email marketing and LinkedIn outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be experienced with Pipedrive, Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io, and passionate about driving engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions

- Manage LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and engage with ideal prospects

- Use Apollo.io to build and segment contact lists, automate outreach, and track campaign performance

- Maintain and optimize CRM workflows in Pipedrive to ensure accurate lead tracking and follow-ups

- A/B test messaging and subject lines to improve open and response rates

- Monitor campaign metrics and provide regular performance reports and insights

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with overall goals

- Stay updated on best practices and trends in email and LinkedIn outreach

Requirements:

- Proven experience in email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.

- Hands-on expertise with Pipedrive, Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io

- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.

- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns

- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
