Healthcare Recruiter

As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement an overall recruiting strategy to attract top talent to the organization. You will be required to develop and update job descriptions and specifications, conduct job and task analysis to determine job requirements, and objectives. Additionally, you will prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant platforms such as job boards, newspapers, and colleges. Your role will involve sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels including databases and social media, screening resumes and job applications, and conducting interviews using reliable selection tools and methods. You will need to assess applicants" knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes to identify suitable candidates. Onboarding new employees and ensuring their integration into the organization will also be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices, providing well-documented recruiting reports, establishing influential candidate relationships, and promoting the company's reputation as a top employer are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you should have proven work experience as a Recruiter, familiarity with different interview types, selection processes, and HR tools such as databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this position. If you possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, you are encouraged to apply for this full-time position with a day shift schedule.
