Job Description:

1.Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement short term and long term sales strategies for AAC blocks
• Set and monitor sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics.

2.Team Leadership

• Build, train, and manage a high performing sales team across regions.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve targets and improve performance.

3.Business Development

• Identify and develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and project consultants.
• Explore new markets and customer segments to increase market penetration.

4.Channel Management

• Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks.
• Monitor channel performance and provide necessary support to ensure growth.

5.Key Account Management

• Handle negotiations and maintain relationships with key accounts and institutional clients
• Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.

6.Market Intelligence

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Provide inputs for pricing, product positioning, and marketing strategies.

7.Coordination

• Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
• Liaise with the marketing team for brand positioning and promotional campaigns.

Skills & Experience That Shine

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing; MBA preferred
• Proven track record in sales leadership roles within building materials, especially AAC Blocks,

Cement, or related sectors

• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities
• Analytical mindset with strong decision making capabilities
