Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Salesman located in Gurugram. The Salesman will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Their daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sale support. They will also collaborate with the internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling Essential Oils/ Oleoresins
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
• Knowledge of market research and sales strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the metals, chemicals, agri-products, or apparel industries is a plus
