Hiring: Head of Sales – Car Rental Industry (Corporate & Hotel Partnerships)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategic partnerships with
corporates, hotels, travel agencies
, and other B2B segments
Build and lead the B2B sales team; define targets and performance KPIs
Identify new market opportunities and create scalable sales strategies
Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention
Represent the brand in industry events and business networking forums

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in
car rental, travel, or hospitality sector
Proven track record of closing large deals with corporate clients or hotel chains
Strong understanding of the corporate mobility and travel ecosystem
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and drive results
