Head of Sales


Key Responsibilities

  • Own revenue targets

    – lead sales strategy, planning, and execution to achieve monthly and annual goals.
  • Lead & scale the sales team

    – recruit, train, and motivate a high-performance sales force.
  • Build premium client relationships

    – engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals, corporate clients, and influencers in the health and wellness space.
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns

    – in coordination with marketing, including events, partnerships, and lead-generation activities.
  • Implement data-driven sales tracking

    – monitor performance metrics, conversion rates, and client retention.
  • Create strategic alliances

    – collaborate with corporates, healthcare providers, and luxury lifestyle partners to drive referrals.
  • Oversee sales processes

    – from initial lead qualification to closing, onboarding, and upselling services.
  • Ensure exceptional client experience

    – align sales promises with service delivery to build trust and loyalty.


Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in

    sales leadership

    in health-tech, premium fitness, hospitality, or luxury services.
  • Strong

    networking skills

    with HNIs, corporates, and premium market segments.
  • Ability to

    design and execute high-impact sales strategies

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Experience in

    CRM tools

    (Odoo CRM preferred) and sales analytics.
  • High energy, target-driven, and passionate about transforming health and wellness.
