Job Profile: Junior Clinical Psychologist (Full-Time)

Opening: One

Location: Ernakulam

Shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (6 days/week)

Compensation: ₹55,000 – ₹60,000/month (+ incentives)

Initial Appointment: Six months

Role Overview

As a Junior Clinical Psychologist, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapy services, support wellness initiatives, and grow your skills in a culture that values reflection, collaboration, and ethical practice. This role is ideal for recent RCI-licensed professionals looking for a strong clinical foundation in a progressive, human-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  4–5 therapy sessions/day

• Participate in

  weekly supervision and peer case discussions

• Support

  content creation

  (e.g., tips, blog posts, educational content)
• Collaborate with

  fitness coaches, dietitians, and physicians

  for integrative care
• Engage in

  wellness workshops and outreach initiatives

  (under guidance)
• Contribute to

  digital mental health programs

  and community campaigns

Who This Role Is For

• Fresh RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologists
• Eager to learn, reflect, and co-create meaningful client experiences
• Comfortable working in both English and Malayalam
• Energized by interdisciplinary teamwork (collaborating across movement, nutrition, medical, and tech domains)
• Open to integrating traditional therapeutic approaches with innovative, community-based, and digital care models

You’ll bring expertise, strategic thinking, and depth to our evolving mental health ecosystem while contributing to outreach, digital innovation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct
