Role Overview

Head – Clinical Psychologist

Key Responsibilities

Lead psychological care and therapy planning across the center

Conduct detailed psychological assessments and clinical case history

Oversee PDP creation and ensure evidence-based therapy interventions

Supervise and guide Psychologists & Counsellors in their case handling

Conduct individual and family therapy sessions when required

Coordinate closely with Psychiatrists and clinical teams for treatment planning

Review & approve clinical documentation – DWR, therapy plans, discharge summaries, etc.

Conduct audits of client files and ensure compliance with SOPs

Train & mentor the clinical team through case discussions and workshops

Participate in clinical hiring and competency development

Required Qualifications & Expertise

Clinical Psychology

RCI Registration (Preferred)

Strong experience in psychotherapy & psychological assessments

Proven leadership & team supervision capability

Excellent communication & clinical documentation skills
