As a Clinical Psychologist at Health Gennie, you will play a crucial role in providing preventive healthcare IT services by applying your knowledge of psychological theory and practice to conduct thorough patient assessments. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough patient assessments using your knowledge of psychological theory. - Assisting clients in addressing mental health concerns and modifying behaviors. - Demonstrating superior communication skills to understand complex mental health issues. - Empathizing with individuals from diverse backgrounds and addressing underlying behavioral issues. - Developing and recommending personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each customer. - Providing referrals for additional care, evaluation, or treatment when necessary. - Reaching an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient's medical history. - Running the established Mental Health Helpline 'Vaani'. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience working as a Psychologist or in a related field. - Ability to pass a comprehensive background check. - Demonstrated effectiveness in working with diverse populations. - Strong working knowledge of diagnostic techniques. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - License eligibility in the practicing jurisdiction. - M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology will be an advantage.
