Job Description

Role Overview:

Head, Marketing

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and has a proven track record in scaling growth through full-funnel marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

  • Lead paid acquisition across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive continuous experimentation and A/B testing to improve CAC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis.

Referral & Database Marketing

  • Design and implement referral programs leveraging parent and student communities.
  • Develop automated lead nurturing workflows via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
  • Optimize database segmentation and campaign personalisation to increase conversion.

Outreach & Partnerships (Corporate & Preschools)

  • Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships with corporates and preschool networks.
  • Develop scalable BTL and partnership-led lead-gen programs.
  • Manage outreach programs and community activations to support enrollment targets.

Growth Strategy & Leadership

  • Build the growth marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Own growth metrics: CPL, lead volume, conversion rates, CAC, ROI.
  • Collaborate with admissions, marketing communications and business teams to align GTM initiatives.
  • Build and manage our in-house growth marketing team.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers across performance, CRM, referral, and partnerships.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Set clear KPIs and guide team members to achieve lead generation and growth targets.
  • Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture within the lead generation team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Admissions, Creative and Marketing Communications team to drive unified growth strategies.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with internal goals and quality standards.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in demand generation, performance marketing, and lead acquisition
  • Deep expertise with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities
  • Agile, resourceful, and execution-oriented mindset


Key Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in EdTech, Education, or B2C service sectors
  • Knowledge of reg markets and hyperlocal marketing strategies
