Role Overview: As an Engagement Leader with 8-10 years of experience, you will oversee a wide variety of marketing activities with a focus on optimizing customer engagement and driving business results. Your role will require you to be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in performance marketing, content creation, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other digital platforms. - Continuously analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and make necessary adjustments. - Utilize expertise in targeting, segmentation, and budget allocation to improve the effectiveness of marketing spend. - Oversee large-scale brand-building campaigns via TV, print, and radio (ATL) as well as direct, localized marketing efforts like in-store promotions and events (BTL). - Utilize data and insights from YouTube and Instagram analytics to refine video content and social media engagement strategies. - Lead the creation and execution of video ad campaigns across traditional TV and digital platforms, collaborating with creative teams to align content with brand goals. - Plan and execute physical branding strategies for retail locations, events, trade shows, and other in-person marketing initiatives. - Lead SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to digital properties. - Develop and implement a content strategy that includes blogging to drive traffic and support SEO initiatives. - Provide strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and track campaign performance. Qualifications: - 10-13 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing, content creation, and traditional advertising. Skills: - Strong understanding of performance marketing tools and platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. - Expertise in video content strategy, production, and optimization. - Experience with SEO, SEM, and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. - Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns. - Strong leadership and team management skills. Education: - Typically, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, although experience is often weighted more heavily than formal education.
