Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis Write effective ad copies, select relevant creatives, and optimize landing pages for better performance Monitor daily campaign performance: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate A/B test creatives, headlines, and audience segments to identify top-performing assets Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Collaborate with the content, design, and development team to align campaigns with brand goals Keep up-to-date with latest trends, policy updates, and best practices in paid advertising Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in running paid ads on Google & Meta platforms Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite Experience in Lead Generation, E-commerce, or App Install campaigns Proficiency in using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred) Knowledge of landing page optimization and basic funnel strategy is a plus
