Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:

    Drive B2B marketing aligned with revenue goals, run lead-gen campaigns to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Brand & Communication:

    Own brand positioning, messaging, content, social media, and PR to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
  • Events & Partnerships:

    Lead conferences and events to boost engagement and conversions; collaborate with sales for ROI.
  • Performance & Analytics:

    Track KPIs, optimize spend, and deliver regular performance insights to leadership.


Key Requirements

  • Experience:

    8–12 years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven Track Record:

    Demonstrated success in designing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Leadership Skills:

    Ability to lead cross-functional marketing teams and collaborate effectively with sales and product teams.
  • Expertise:

    Strong background in lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing, events, and PR.
  • Communication Skills:

    Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical Mindset:

    Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM tools, and campaign performance optimization.
