Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing to build and lead Admaren Tech’s end-to-end marketing function. As a maritime SaaS company serving a global B2B audience, our success depends on both compelling brand positioning and deeply resonant product marketing. This role is ideal for a 'player-coach', someone who can execute solo in the short term but also lay the foundation for future team growth. You’ll drive full-funnel marketing across paid media, SEO, GEO content, LinkedIn, exhibitions and ABM while also defining brand identity, messaging and product narratives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Admaren’s 360-degree marketing strategy, balancing brand marketing, product marketing, and demand generation.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and inform campaign planning and product positioning.
  • Oversee global exhibitions and trade shows end-to-end, including logistics, booth setup, and post-event lead capture.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO, GEO, SEM, LinkedIn, and email—either independently or with freelancer/agency support.
  • Create and manage content marketing programs including blogs, case studies, landing pages, and thought leadership.
  • Maintain and enhance brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage third-party vendors to deliver campaigns, while laying the foundation to build a scalable marketing team.
  • Leverage AI tools for content generation, SEO, GEO, campaign testing, and performance optimization
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven marketing efforts.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Admaren’s products and translate technical features into clear, customer-focused messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing from a top-tier university.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong B2B focus.
  • Proven track record in account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Expertise in digital marketing (SEO,GEO, SEM, paid ads, content marketing).
  • Experience managing global exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Experience in social media marketing, especially LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in the software product industry.
  • International marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Certification in digital marketing or relevant marketing platforms.
