Your Role

Head of Learning & Development

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership

  → Build and execute a

  comprehensive training strategy

  to expand our portfolio

• Content Excellence

  → Design and develop

  innovative training materials

  for onsite and online delivery

• Trainer Ecosystem

  → Build and manage a network of

  in-house and external trainers

• Client Engagement

  → Work closely with customers to

  identify training opportunities

  and deliver tailored solutions

• Quality & Accreditation

  → Ensure all programs meet

  international standards

  and obtain relevant accreditations

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for Teaching & Learning

  → You inspire others to grow

• 3+ Years of Experience

  in training, learning design, or capability-building roles

• Tech-Savvy Mindset

  → Familiar with

  online learning platforms and tools

• Understanding of CPD & Regulatory Training

  frameworks

• Exceptional Communication Skills

  and a knack for

  networking and collaboration
