Role Overview: As the Head of Learning & Development at Neujin Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading the training business division and driving innovation in learning and development. Your responsibilities will include strategic leadership, content excellence, building a trainer ecosystem, client engagement, and ensuring quality and accreditation of all programs.
