As a Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the global supply planning strategy while leading the standardization of planning practices, systems, and frameworks across all regions. Your role will involve providing deep functional expertise and delivering capability-building programs to upskill regional planning teams. You will drive cross-functional alignment with commercial, finance, IT, and other supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration. Your key responsibilities will include translating business needs into digital planning capabilities and advocating for intelligent planning tools. Monitoring and improving key performance indicators such as forecast reliability, service efficiency, inventory health, and capacity management will be crucial aspects of your role. You will be expected to solve complex planning challenges through structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with digital transformation leaders will be essential to ensure smooth process, data, and system integration. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional projects aimed at elevating planning performance and achieving significant business impact. To qualify for this role, you should have 4-7 years of experience in supply planning or operations, preferably in a multinational manufacturing context. A strong grasp of planning principles including demand, supply, statistical analysis, and scenario planning is required. Hands-on experience with SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, or similar planning platforms is necessary, with familiarity with Blue Yonder being an added advantage. A B.Tech degree along with a Management degree from a Tier 1 institution is the minimum qualification required for this position.,
