Position Overview:

The Head of Information Technology (IT Head) will be responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy, IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will ensure that IT systems support business objectives, improve operational efficiency, enhance cybersecurity, and enable cutting-edge solutions across company.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with Mutual Automotive’s business goals and growth plans.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including Robotics IT Systems, Industry 4.0, IoT integration in manufacturing, and process automation.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities where technology can enhance productivity, quality, and competitiveness.

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Oversee IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, cloud, data centres, end-user devices).
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of business-critical systems (SAP S/4 HANA, Office 365, SharePoint, manufacturing execution systems).
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Applications & Business Systems

• Lead deployment and support of enterprise applications such as SAP S/4 HANA, BTS, JIT, Surveillance, HRMS, Robotics IT Systems & other automotive-specific systems.
• Partner with different departments (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to align IT solutions with process needs.
• Ensure system integrations across plant operations, supplier portals, and dealer networks.

Information Security & Compliance

• Establish and enforce IT security policies, firewalls, identity access management, and endpoint protection.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards (TISAX, ISO 27001:2022, etc.).
• Manage audits, data privacy protocols, and vendor risk management.

Team Leadership & Vendor Management

• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team that supports both corporate and plant-level IT needs.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Negotiate major IT contracts and ensure cost optimization without compromising service quality.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies

• Explore and implement data analytics, cloud, RPA, AI and mobility solutions to enhance decision-making.
• Drive smart factory initiatives by integrating Robotics IT Systems, IoT devices, and connected manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• PMP®, CISSP, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor, AWS-SAA®, ITIL® Certification
• SAP Activate Project Manager or Equivalent Certification
• 15–20 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (preferably in the automotive/manufacturing sector).
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and manufacturing operations automation.
• Experience with digital transformation projects (Cloud, Data Analytics, Robotics, IoT, RPA, AI).
• Experience of compliance & industry standards (ISO 27001:2022, TISAX or IATF).
• Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity frameworks.
