Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:

To manage the internal operational quality as per customer requirement and also monitoring day to day injection mold shop and paintshop activities.

Experience Required: 5-7 Years in Automotive Industry in Injection Moulding & Paintshop.

Location: Sanaswadi / Shikrapur, Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Participate in Quality Management  system Function, Mold shop Manufacturing Quality, Product Quality and SAP Quality Module activities.

Ø  Reduce internal Rej.%.

Ø  Improvement in OEE % and Yield %.

Ø  Immediate containment action on customer complaint.

Ø  Visit to Customer against the Complaints.

Ø  Action plan of customer complaint with closure documents.

Ø  Customer portal handling and documents uploads as required.

Ø  PPAP of ECN in ongoing parts.

Ø  Customer Audits

Ø  Review Non conforming product.

Ø  Identify Training needs & training given to inspector

Ø  Identify potential improvements.

Ø  New project establishment & improvement activities.

Ø  Analysis on Internal rej.with CFT team.

Ø  Visiting at the customer end for Analyzing and Solving the customer complaints

Ø  Focus on Customer Rejection and proper evaluating.

Ø  Daily Strong Communication to inter-department and HOD.

Ø  Involvement in Project Development Activity.

Ø  Participate in APQP-, FMEA/Control Plan and KAIZEN teams

Ø  Develop and maintain control plans to achieve customer acceptance and zero incidents.

Ø  Internal process- and product audits and VDA audit  to identify potential improvements

Ø  Develop, initiate, implementation and report continuous improvement activities.

Ø  Ensure system implementation as per  IATF / CR

Ø  Why-Why Analysis, Submission 8D, Action Plan for B/C1 Defects to Customer.

Ø  Continuous Improvement through Kaizen for Quality with Cost Reduction.

Ø  Develop, initiate, implementation and report continuous improvement activities,

Ø  Review current waste levels and reduce where possible
