As the HR Head, your role involves ensuring labour law compliance and maintaining necessary records and audits for all company locations. You will oversee recruitment and onboarding across departments, ensuring timely hiring as per business needs. Collaboration with the Sales Department is essential to align manpower planning, incentives, and performance monitoring. Leading and mentoring the HR team to maintain consistency in policies, employee engagement, and performance management is a key responsibility. Additionally, you will drive employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies. Preparation and management of HR reports, MIS, and analytics for management review will be part of your duties. Implementing HR policies, procedures, and training initiatives to support business growth and organizational culture is crucial for success in this role. Qualifications: - MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. - 3-7 years of experience in HR operations. As the HR Head in this Financial Services company, you will need a strong understanding of HR operations in NBFC/Financial Services or DSA environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities are essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and compliance portals is required. Your ability to handle multi-location HR operations efficiently will be critical to your success in this position.,
