• Lead organization design, workforce planning, and talent roadmap during growth/greenfield phases.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on people, culture, and organizational development.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Build and lead the hiring strategy for all levels including leadership hiring.
• Drive manpower planning, competency mapping, and selection processes.
• Strengthen employer branding to attract high-quality talent.

Performance Management

• Design and implement performance management frameworks (OKRs/KPIs).
• Drive continuous feedback, goal setting, and appraisal cycles.
• Identify high performers and build talent development programs.

Learning & Development

• Create capability-building programs aligned with current and future business needs.
• Drive leadership development, technical training, and behavioral interventions.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Oversee HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and HRMS implementation.
• Ensure statutory compliance (labour laws, audits, documentation).
• Drive compensation & benefits planning, salary benchmarking, and annual increments.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Build a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
• Drive engagement initiatives, communication frameworks, and grievance resolution.
• Act as a custodian of organizational culture during expansion or transformation.

Business Partnership

• Work closely with cross-functional leaders to support business outcomes.
• Provide insights on workforce analytics, HR dashboards, and data-driven decisions.

Industrial Relations (plant/manufacturing)

• Maintain harmonious relationships with unions and local authorities.
• Manage contract labour, negotiations, and compliance at plant sites.
