Job Title: Head - Demand Generation Location: Hyderabad Experience: 10–15 years in sales/demand generation/marketing leadership roles Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President – Demand Generation to lead and scale our revenue growth efforts through integrated inside sales and digital marketing initiatives. This leader will build and execute a high-performance demand generation engine across channels—owning strategy, execution, team building, and alignment across sales and marketing. The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of B2B sales leadership, digital marketing acumen, and a data-driven growth mindset to drive predictable and scalable pipeline generation. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership (Inside Sales Focus) Lead, coach, and scale the inside sales team to consistently exceed qualified pipeline and revenue goals. Design and implement high-conversion sales playbooks and engagement workflows. Define, monitor, and refine key KPIs. Develop outbound and inbound sales strategies, including SDR cadences and nurturing paths. Align closely with marketing to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops. Manage key client relationships and resolve escalations to ensure satisfaction and retention. Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Own the demand generation roadmap across SEO, SEM, paid ads, content marketing, and social media. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.). Build and grow the company’s brand presence on LinkedIn and other digital channels. Ensure website is optimized for SEO, performance, and conversion. Oversee creation of high-impact marketing content—brochures, case studies, blogs, email templates, etc. Track and analyze funnel performance across channels, using insights to continuously iterate. Strategic Alignment & Team Leadership Lead cross-functional alignment between marketing, inside sales, product, and customer success. Own demand planning, campaign calendar, and marketing-sales pipeline alignment. Run weekly/monthly performance reviews with executive stakeholders. Mentor and build high-performing teams in both sales and marketing. Stay ahead of market trends, technologies, and competitors to continuously innovate. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and inside sales; at least 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated ability to scale inside sales teams and generate pipeline in complex B2B environments. Proven success with performance-based digital marketing, especially on LinkedIn and Google. Strong analytical mindset; fluent in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. Expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and CRM-based campaign execution. Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative mindset. Preferred: Experience in the SaaS, IT services, or technology industry. Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) principles.
