Job Opening: Senior Manager – Sales (India) Company: WINIT About WINIT WINIT builds Sales Force Automation solutions for FMCG and CPG leaders across India and the Gulf. We’re growing fast and need a sharp sales hunter to drive new business and expand key accounts. What you’ll do Find new business – identify prospects, build relationships, and close deals. Own the target – plan, pursue, and beat quarterly and annual numbers. Run the full cycle – lead pitches, draft proposals, negotiate commercials, and get contracts signed. Ensure revenue realisation – follow up on invoicing, collections, and commercial milestones to bring cash in on time. Grow key accounts – stay close to clients, upsell modules, and secure renewals. Work with delivery & product teams – ensure promises made are promises kept. Keep leadership informed – share regular updates on pipeline and market moves. What we’re looking for 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience; SaaS or tech solutions preferred. Proven record of winning and expanding large accounts in India. FMCG / CPG exposure is a solid plus. Strong negotiator with practical proposal and contract skills. Comfortable travelling across India as needed. Clear communicator, fluent in English and at least one Indian language. Graduate degree. Think you fit?
