What You'll Do As an Optimization Scientist, you will design and deploy scalable optimization and reinforcement learning models to solve complex supply chain problems. You'll work on: Route Optimization:Solve VRP variants (Capacitated, Time Window, Multi-depot) using MILP, heuristics, and RL. Inventory Optimization:Develop multi-echelon inventory models using stochastic/dynamic programming and ADP. AI/OR Integration:Combine ML forecasts, OR models, and RL agents for end-to-end decision automation. Simulation & Deployment:Build simulation environments and deploy models in real-world systems. What We're Looking For Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Math, Computer Science, or related fields. 1+ years of experience in solving OR problems (LP/MILP, heuristics, metaheuristics). Hands-on experience with RL algorithms (PPO, DQN, A3C) and toolkits (OpenAI Gym, RLlib, Stable-Baselines3). Strong Python skills with libraries like Gurobi, Pyomo, NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
