Job Opening: Inside Sales Executive India Company: WINIT About WINIT WINIT delivers Sales Force Automation software to FMCG and CPG companies across India and the Gulf. To keep our pipeline buzzing, we're looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive who loves talking to prospects and turning interest into revenue. What you'll do Prospect daily call, email, and LinkedIn-reach to connect with decision-makers. Qualify leads understand pain points, map fit, and log clean notes in CRM. Book demos line up discovery calls and product walk-throughs for the field team. Nurture the pipeline follow up on warm leads, share case studies, and keep interest alive. Support proposals prepare pitch decks, basic commercials, and coordinate with presales. Update reports keep dashboards current on leads, stages, and next steps. Work with marketing run campaigns, track responses, and suggest tweaks. Chase revenue realisation remind clients on paperwork, PO issuance, and initial payments. What we're looking for 13 years of inside sales or tele-sales experience in B2B tech or SaaS. Comfort speaking with senior managers; clear phone and email etiquette. Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce any is fine). Basic understanding of FMCG / CPG sales processes is a plus. Good research skills can dig up contact info and company intel fast. Energetic, target-oriented, and ready to learn every day. Graduate degree; strong English plus any one Indian language.
