Role Overview

Business Development Head

You will define go-to-market strategy, close high-value accounts, build and mentor the BD team, and work closely with delivery, performance, and creative teams to ensure long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth Strategy

  • Own annual and quarterly revenue targets across services (Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, Influencer, Media Buying, etc.)
  • Design and execute scalable business development and partnership strategies
  • Identify new market segments, industries, and high-LTV client opportunities
  • Build predictable pipelines instead of one-off wins

Client Acquisition & Closures

  • Lead enterprise and mid-market deal closures personally
  • Drive consultative selling—understand client business, not just marketing spends
  • Negotiate commercials, retainers, and long-term contracts
  • Ensure strong handover from sales to account management

Team Building & Leadership

  • Build, train, and scale the BD and sales team
  • Define sales processes, pitch frameworks, pricing logic, and CRM hygiene
  • Set clear KPIs, performance dashboards, and incentive structures
  • Mentor managers and create future leaders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with performance, creative, and strategy teams to align promises with delivery
  • Translate market feedback into service improvements and new offerings
  • Support branding and thought-leadership initiatives to strengthen SRV Media’s market positioning

Partnerships & Alliances

  • Build strategic alliances with platforms, startups, brands, and ecosystems
  • Explore inbound partnerships, referrals, and channel sales opportunities


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of

    closing high-value deals

    and scaling revenue
  • Strong understanding of

    digital marketing economics

    (ROAS, CAC, LTV, retainers)
  • Experience building and managing

    high-performance sales teams

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and pipeline discipline
  • Entrepreneurial attitude—you think like an owner, not an employee
