Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Head of Business Development. The role involves leading business development initiatives, designing strategic plans, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales and revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, building strong business relationships, leading negotiations, and fostering partnerships to advance business goals.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Planning and a strong ability to create and implement strategic growth plans
  • Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate data, and identify opportunities
  • Expertise in Sales with the ability to lead teams to achieve revenue objectives
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Strong background in Business Development with a proven track record of driving organizational growth
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams as well as autonomously
  • Relevant experience working in a similar industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields; MBA is a plus
