Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure business objectives and targets are achieved in line with organizational goals. Qualifications Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the brokerage or financial services industry. Consistent record of achieving sales targets, with measurable accomplishments being highly valued. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
