Business Development Manager - Fintech Forex

As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain a strong network of Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates, and Institutional/B2B clients. It is crucial to establish and nurture business relationships with all clients to ensure their retention and attract new prospects. Additionally, you will be expected to actively monitor financial markets, engage in discussions with clients regarding market movements, and conduct market research to identify opportunities based on competitor weaknesses and commercial proposals. Negotiation skills will be vital as you will be required to negotiate with partners to ensure that partnerships are commercially viable and beneficial for the company. Furthermore, you will need to execute company planning and handle any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management. Meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets will be a key performance indicator for this role. To excel in this position, you should ideally have 1-2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales. Previous exposure to the Forex, Commodities, CFDs, or Financial Industry will be advantageous. A high level of ambition and a strong drive for sales success are essential qualities for this role, as the more effort you put in, the greater the returns.
