Role Overview-

The Business Development Lead – Pan India will drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and expand the company’s footprint across key markets. This role requires a strong network in corporate real estate, a deep understanding of the design & build ecosystem, and proven experience in closing large-scale commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities-

Business Growth & Strategy

* Develop and execute the pan-India business development strategy for the Design & Build vertical.

* Identify new business opportunities through IPCs Direct or other sources

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value interior fit-out projects.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

* Build strong relationships with CXOs, real estate heads, project managers, architects, PMCs, and brokers.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitch decks to win projects.

* Ensure deep understanding of client requirements and alignment with internal teams.

Market Expansion

* Map key markets Pan India

* Benchmark market trends, competition, pricing, and industry shifts to support strategic decisions.

* Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Revenue & Performance Management**

* Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets set by the leadership.

* Track BD KPIs including lead generation, closures, market conversions, and client retention.

* Provide regular pipeline, forecast, and competitor analysis reports.

Qualifications & Experience

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.

* 6–12 years of experience in Business Development in Design & Build, Workplace Interiors, Commercial Real Estate, or allied industries.

* Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.

* Willingness to travel
