We are looking for a Manager, Growth | NCR to work on large deals with Enterprise clients & IPC's. Responsibilities • Generating new sales pipeline for large offices (including working with the IPC network) • Work closely with Enterprise clients to understand their space needs and negotiate new business deals and renewals. • Know the “ins and out” of local market, inclusive of tenants-in-market, pricing and nearby competitors. • Have intimate knowledge of the assigned portfolio, including being able to speak to financial performance and areas of opportunity / improvement. • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, major members / potential new members, and key internal teams (e.g., Community teams, Facilities teams) • Deal structure: ability to creatively structure deals to optimize sales outcomes and understanding how different deal structures relate to UrbanWrk overall business objectives and building underwritings. • Build relationships and provide expert consultation to internal and external senior executives to establish the team as a trusted partner. • Maintain an up-to-date view on the available inventory in select markets and to create selling strategies to generate demand and incentivise closing. • Partner with the projects teams to help ensure execution of large deal. Qualifications • 6+ years’ experience of B2B sales • 2+ years’ experience customer facing • Real estate knowledge • Real Estate experience preferred. • Local broker relationships preferred.
