Job Overview: As an Interior Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting captivating office spaces that foster collaboration, productivity, and creativity. Your creativity and design expertise will contribute to creating remarkable work environments for our clients. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, culture, and design preferences. • Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with clients' needs and project objectives. • Create detailed design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings, to visualize design ideas. • Select and source furniture, materials, finishes, and fixtures that enhance the overall design concept. • Prepare accurate and comprehensive project specifications, including drawings, schedules, and cost estimates. • Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and refining designs as required. • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design projects. • Create detailed construction documents that guide the implementation of the design vision. • Oversee and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and quality. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging materials, and design technologies to deliver innovative solutions. • Ensure compliance with design standards, regulations, and sustainability principles. • Maintain a strong commitment to delivering exceptional design and client satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design • Proven experience of 3-5 years as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio showcasing diverse design projects/ Freshers can also apply• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit and 3D rendering tools. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and project stakeholders.
