Job Description

As a Manager, Growth in NCR, your role involves working on large deals with Enterprise clients & IPC's. Here is a breakdown of what you will be responsible for in this position: - Generating new sales pipeline for large offices, which includes collaborating with the IPC network. - Working closely with Enterprise clients to understand their space requirements and negotiate new business deals and renewals. - Having comprehensive knowledge of the local market, including tenants-in-market, pricing, and nearby competitors. - Demonstrating an intimate understanding of the assigned portfolio, being able to discuss financial performance and areas of opportunity/improvement. - Building and nurturing relationships with brokers, major members/potential new members, and key internal teams such as Community teams and Facilities teams. - Utilizing your expertise in deal structuring to optimize sales outcomes, aligning different deal structures with UrbanWrk's overall business objectives and building underwritings. - Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external senior executives, providing expert consultation to position the team as a trusted partner. - Keeping abreast of available inventory in select markets, devising selling strategies to create demand and encourage deal closures. - Collaborating with projects teams to ensure the successful execution of large deals. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B sales. - At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles. - Knowledge of real estate industry. - Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred. - Preferred local broker relationships.
