Krillam is #Hiring! Position: Head of Accounts 📍Location: Chandigarh Job Type: Full-Time Krillam Hospitality & Wellness Resorts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Head of Accounts with 5+ years of experience in real estate finance and accounting . As the Head of Accounts, you will be responsible for managing the overall financial planning, reporting, and internal controls for the organization. Your expertise in financial management will help drive business strategies and enhance operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in guiding financial decisions and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Oversee and manage the complete accounting cycle – including budgeting, cash flow management, reconciliation, and financial reporting ✅ Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with real estate regulations and taxation laws ✅ Manage statutory audits, internal controls, and coordinate with external auditors and consultants ✅ Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure timely closing of accounts and MIS reporting ✅ Prepare detailed financial forecasts, reports, and analysis for senior management ✅ Collaborate with sales, legal, and project teams to manage project-based accounting and cost tracking ✅ Ensure timely GST, TDS, RERA, and other regulatory filings relevant to real estate operations ✅ Develop systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and financial control 🧾 Qualifications & Skills: ✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ✔️ CA Inter or full CA qualification preferred ✔️ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in real estate finance & accounting ✔️ Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, GST, TDS, and real estate compliance frameworks ✔️ Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail ✔️ Leadership qualities and experience managing small to mid-sized teams ✔️ High level of integrity, organizational skills, and time management To Apply: 📍 Location: EBG SCO 11-A, Sector 7-C, Chandigarh 📌 Role: Head of Accounts – Real Estate (Residential & Commercial Projects) 📅 Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in finance/accounts in the real estate sector #FinanceJobs #RealEstateFinance #HeadOfAccounts #AccountsManager #HiringNow #ChandigarhJobs #RealEstateCareers #KrillamProjects #LeadershipRole #AccountingJobs Show more Show less
