Job Description

As the Head of Accounts in the Real Estate sector, your role will involve overseeing various financial aspects related to the industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Tax Planning and Advance tax planning calculation - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and coordination with tax consultants - Managing monthly cash flow and quarterly reconciliation of statements of accounts - Monitoring Minimum Sales Value requirements and obtaining NOC from Financial Institutions - Preparation of Monthly Cash Flow Statement and conducting various audits including Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and GST Audit - Finalization of Accounts and Balance Sheet - Quarterly Cost analysis of construction projects - Compliance with Financial Institutions through Monthly Sales MIS and COPMOF and END use certificate - Reviewing Trial Balance on a quarterly basis - Finalization of accounts for krkumar industries ltd on a quarterly basis - Reconciliation of receipts with sales - Preparation of quarterly costing reports for projects Qualifications required for this role include being a Chartered Accountant specialized in Real Estate with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Real Estate operations. Please note that the above mentioned responsibilities are crucial for the effective management of financial operations in the Real Estate sector.,
