Role & responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the MD, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Take dictation and transliterate accurately in shorthand and type professional letters, memos, and reports. Organize and maintain confidential documents and files. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, especially for shipyard visits or defense-related meetings. Follow up on pending matters with internal departments and external stakeholders. Prepare and compile presentations, proposals, and reports for Ministry of Defence and Navy officials. Handle all logistics and documentation required for meetings with naval authorities or shipyard teams. Maintain records of shipbuilding and repair projects, and prepare status summaries for MDs review. Serve as a point of contact between the MD and clients, shipyards, naval officers, vendors, and government officials. Assist in preparing minutes of meetings and ensure timely follow-ups and action tracking. Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive company and defense-related matters.

Role Proficient with the latest design standards and engineering practices. Ability to lead and mentor a team of design engineers. Oversee design projects from concept to manufacturing drawing stage. Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in all design output. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production and project requirements. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the design and development of marine and material handling equipment, especially Deck Machinery (Capstan, Windlass, Winches, Davits, Cranes), Steering Systems, Stabilizers, and other shipboard systems.

Role & responsibilities Lead electrical engineering projects related to shipbuilding and marine systems. Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for new vessels and retrofit projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and classification society requirements. Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including naval architects and mechanical engineers. Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality standards Preferred candidate profile 10-15 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the shipbuilding/marine industry. Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems, automation, and power distribution. Experience with PLC programming, electrical design software, and marine regulations. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work on-site and travel as required.
