Head of Accounts

We are seeking an experienced accountant to take on the responsibility of leading the Accounts & Finance function for our textile group based in Tirupur, with a focus on fabric processing & garmenting and an annual turnover of 200 Crores. As a senior leader in this role, you will be tasked with overseeing finance operations across our group companies, ensuring compliance with taxation and statutory requirements, and providing guidance to a skilled accounts team. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing all Accounts & Finance operations within our group companies, guaranteeing adherence to statutory laws encompassing both direct and indirect taxes, supervising internal audits, and generating timely financial reports. Additionally, you will be expected to offer strategic financial insights to aid in management decision-making processes. To excel in this position, you should possess a robust background in accounts and taxation, along with a demonstrated track record of effectively leading and managing accounts teams. A comprehensive understanding of statutory compliances and taxation is imperative, with a preference for candidates holding a CA/ICWA/M.Com qualification.
