  • Develop leadership talent, implement succession planning & OD intervention.
  • Role Objective:
  • To lead the Human Resources function for our reputed organisation,driving strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals. The role is responsible for talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and fostering a high-performance culture across all units.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Strategic HR Leadership
  • Formulate and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership teams to support business growth, restructuring, and change management.
  • Drive employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
  • 2. Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Oversee recruitment for critical roles across manufacturing, corporate, and R&D functions.
  • Ensure robust talent pipeline and succession planning for key positions.
  • Develop and implement competency-based selection and assessment systems.
  • 3. Performance Management
  • Drive the implementation and enhancement of performance management systems.
  • Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
  • Promote a performance-driven culture across the organization.
  • 4. Learning & Development
  • Identify training needs and design leadership development programs.
  • Build technical and behavioral capability across levels.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and ROI on L&D initiatives.
  • 5. Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Maintain harmonious industrial relations across all plants and offices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Act as a key liaison between management and employee representatives/unions (if applicable).
  • 6. Compensation & Benefits
  • Oversee compensation benchmarking, payroll, and reward systems.
  • Drive implementation of performance-linked incentive structures.
  • Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness in pay practices.
  • 7. Organizational Development & Culture
  • Lead change management and organization design initiatives.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being programs.
  • Strengthen company values, ethics, and culture across all locations.
  • Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: 20+years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in automotive / manufacturing industry.
  • Proven exposure to multi-plant operations, IR, and strategic HR.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities effectively.
